In 1999, Simon founded Spawn with a strong creative platform.

He left a successful Group Account Director career with mainstream agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and M&C Saatchi. His breadth of experience and ability to manage the creative process from client expectations through to strategic creative, has added to Spawn's reputation as an agency that delivers. Simon is an advocate for the power of strategic design and integrated communications.

Chris Schultz - Account/Strategic Director

Whatever the project Chris always adds a strategic viewpoint. All of our campaigns are built from sound strategic thinking, consumer insights and challenging the norm.

His brand building approach coupled with diverse experience and pragmatic pursuit of the true essence of a problem simplifies the creative process. He has also specialised in marketing to Baby Boomers.

Kimberley Coker - Account Manager/Producer

Kimberley has worked in the ad industry, both in New Zealand and Europe, in design, Account service and TV Production roles.

The reality these days is that we all have to wear different hats, to be able to multi-skill and be able to multi-task.

A big believer in collaboration, Kimberly encourages a strong client-agency relationship that is focussed on business results.

Danielle Hart - Creative Director/Copywriter

Danielle brings specialist strategic and creative skills across a multitude of consumer and B2B communications including TV, press, radio, DM, online, E-marketing, catalogues, POS and packaging.

Danielle's relentless insistence on consistent articulation of a brand at all touch points has been at the heart of many launches and our firm belief in the power of integrated campaigns.

Pekka Malkamaki (PK) - Mac and Digital Designer

PK has worked in both Digital Media and Graphic Design in his native Finland and now in NZ. PK came to NZ for a 3 month holiday and loved it so much, 4 years on, he's still here. Since then he's developed an extensive pharmaceutical design experience to go along with everything else creative.

His design passion and knowledge of Website Design, iPad, Online and Social Marketing has been a valuable new addition to our client communication plans.
